Order processing

Each pair is made to order. The current estimated production time is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of the order. Delivery time is added after production. Estimates may change, and customers are notified by email of any change.

Shipping cost

Shipping on orders within the United States is free. Shipping rates for orders outside the United States are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. Debonaire Vision is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. To change an address, email info@debonairevision.com as soon as possible, before the order ships.

International orders

Orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are determined by the destination country, are the customer's responsibility, and are not included in the order total.

Damaged or lost packages

Inspect the package on delivery. If an order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email info@debonairevision.com with the order number and photos. See the Refund policy for how defects and damage are handled.
